They’ll just get added to your profile’s material list. There aren’t any color options for these three. I’m working out of a pretty simple pencil case right now, so I only added Drawing Pencils, Ink Pens, and Ink Markers. Paint (which got cut off in the screenshot).

Hit the bit plus and you’ll get a menu which will allow you to add the following types of supplies: Once you’ve got a name and icon, it’s time to add MATERIALS! Woohoo! I like the guy with the Snidely Whiplash mustache. Next, you get to select your profile icon.
More importantly though, on those days where my fried little anxious mind just cannot handle being an adult, I’ll have the option to enjoy lighthearted drawing prompts made as simple as possible. Content can be limited for younger artists and keep them from asking awkward questions about… whatever adult topics and themes might pop up. I don’t mind topics involving complex words, so I did uncheck the Child Mode box, but this is a really good idea. The McArtsy Artworthys of the world will be sad. It doesn’t look like you can add special characters or spaces to your username and everything gets lower-cased. To get started, you’ll need to choose a name and decide if you’d like to play in Child Mode or not. I’d highly recommend going ahead and completing a profile, as you’ll need at least one to really customize your experience. You’ll be able to use the app anonymously or create a profile. ( Squuueeee!!!) And it’s every bit as awesome as you’d think.Īs soon as you finish installing the app, this is what it’ll look like.
